Refunds (if applicable)

We don’t provide refunds on our all courses. We will specify or mention the refund period or policy on a particular course information page, Please check that before purchasing any course or training.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at connect@hamids smartlearninghub.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

As we are providing online live training and recorded videos and consultation, there is no need to ship any items

Cancellation (if applicable)

We don’t offer any cancellation option for our all courses. But if you want, we can reschedule or adjust your seat in the next batch.

Returns

Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
